Trademark
A trademark consists of a word, symbol, or design (or a combination of these elements) used to distinguish the goods or services of a person or company from those of a third party offered on the market. Representing the producer's reputation, a trademark is considered a very important form of intellectual property. A trademark is not merely an aesthetic element; it constitutes a fundamental legal and commercial tool for protecting a company's identity, preventing confusion with competitors, and securing its market presence.
Trademark registration
The registration includes a preliminary search which aims to determine whether the mark you wish to protect is registrable under the criteria of the trademark law and whether it could be confused with another trademark already in use.
